Returns Policy

Return Policy:

No returns or refunds on original artwork or commissioned artwork. All commissions are created as an interpretation of the client brief. Colours and details will vary as each piece is an original one-of-a-kind work of art.

We work with you throughout each step of the process to ensure you will be completely satisfied with your end product.

The steps to ensure satisfaction:

• We will discuss colours; do 2 colour tests (if we are creating you a custom combination),
• We will show you how the stencil will look before making, so adjustments can be made if necessary (or even create a new ultrasound stencil from a different image),
• We ask you to double and triple check all of the information on the artwork, ie Name, DOB, details etc that they are all correct.
• Finally once the artwork is complete you have the option to view a photo (full or sneak peak) or wait for the surprise in the mail.

No refunds for change of mind once order is placed. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:

Replicas are unavailable as with this style of art you “go with the flow”. Despite the same colours and techniques used it can create different effects and outcomes. This guarantees that your art is uniquely yours and one of a kind.
As with any handmade products your art may come with certain variations/abnormalities. These aren’t flaws but little bits of extra love. Please note that the screen may display the colours slightly differently to that in real life (and honestly real life is always better than the photos anyway). We are always happy to take multiple pictures and even videos in different light to get the best possible match to true colours.

Damages:

We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material for courier inspection in order to file a claim with Australia Post. We require an image/s of the damage to be emailed to us at hello@thecrockercollection.com for our review.
